A fantastic organisation promoting the welfare of animals in Australia, covering everything from factory farming, horse racing to live export. You may have seen them at shows doing their thing and you can get involved really easily.

Should you decide to put down the bottle and go for a run/lift some weights/whatever, then this is the site for you. Tonnes of information on vegan nutrition, helpful even if you don’t get your arse off the couch.

These guys need no introduction…but if they do….Direct action, preservation/protection international non-profit, marine wildlife conservation organization. If the pricks in Canberra won’t do anything about it, it’s good to know others will.

A global movement defending human rights and dignity. They work to demand respect for human rights and protect people facing abuse. To do this, they mobilise people, campaign, conduct research and raise money for their work. They promote a culture where human rights are embraced, valued and protected.
